AS9100 certified CNC machining facility
With continuous investment in the latest CNC milling technology, 3 axis, 4 axis and 5 axis capability, 24000 rpm spindles, the ability to machine a vast array of materials, ranging from plastics to super alloys, and a bed capacity of up to 1 meter we have the ability to manufacture prototypes, small batch and production run quantities to the highest quality.
Our turning facilities consist of a bank of sliding head machines, including full 5 axis capabilities. Complimenting our sliding head machines we also house numerous conventional and MTM lathes. Capabilities include multi spindle, multi turret Y axis machining. With a chucking capacity of 10 inch diameter and bar fed machines we are able to manufacture prototypes, small batch and production run quantities to the highest quality, in materials ranging from plastics to super alloys.
Our dedicated, climate controlled Inspection and Quality Control Department ensures standards are continuously maintained. Parts are inspected using equipment calibrated to AQA Calibration Procedures and Standards complying with ISO 10012:2003. Using fully programmable CNC Mitutoyo co-ordinate measuring machines we ensure consistency through all parts from prototypes to production runs.
AS9100 is the international Quality Management System standard for the Aviation, Space and Defense (AS&D) industry. The standard provides suppliers with requirements for creating and maintaining a comprehensive quality system for providing safe and reliable products to the AS&D industry, as well as civil & military aviation requirements.
